Install the extension

Get Enhance ChatGPT UI from the Chrome Web Store. It works on Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, and any Chromium-based browser.

2

Open chatgpt.com

Enhance ChatGPT UI loads the list of your non-project conversations and adds a checkbox next to each one in the sidebar. A small toolbar appears at the top of the sidebar with "Delete selected" and "Refresh" buttons.

3

Pick & remove

Click each checkbox for conversations you want to remove (or shift-click to select a range). When you're done, click "Delete selected" — the extension removes selected conversations one at a time with a built-in delay. You can cancel while it runs.

What gets deleted, exactly?

  • Only conversations from your ChatGPT sidebar.
  • Only the ones you ticked.
  • Project conversations will not appear with a checkbox.

Why one at a time?

The extension removes selected conversations sequentially with a short built-in delay so the page stays stable and responsive while the cleanup is running.

Daily limits

  • Free, no account — 5 selected removals per day per device.
  • Free, signed in by email — 10 selected removals per day.
  • Premium ($7.99 one-time) — unlimited selected removals, forever.

How sign-in works

Click "Sign in with email" in the extension popup. Enter your email — we send a 6-digit code. Type it back in. That's it: your daily selected-removal limit goes from 5 to 10 (or to unlimited if you've purchased Premium with the same email).
